About an order
Open the order and write in its messages. Delivery feedback goes in as a timestamped note so the engineer hears exactly what you heard. Staff can join a thread when asked.

Security or fraud concern
If you think an account is compromised, a payment is wrong, or someone is trying to take a deal off the platform, say so through your order's messages with the order reference. Contact-detail attempts are already logged and reviewed by trust & safety staff; you do not need to report those.
