1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MixBid ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). MixBid is a specialized platform exclusively for sound engineers and audio professionals.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MixBid Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Services

MixBid provides a marketplace platform that connects audio professionals with clients seeking audio services including:

• Mixing and mastering services
• Music production and composition
• Sound design and audio post-production
• Voice over and recording services
• Podcast production and editing
• Audio restoration and enhancement

The Platform facilitates connections between users but does not provide audio services directly. We are not a party to any agreements between users.

3. User Accounts

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Audio Professional Verification

Sound engineers and audio professionals may be required to verify their credentials and experience to maintain platform quality standards.

4. Payment Terms

Platform Fees

MixBid charges service fees for facilitating transactions between users. Current fee structure:

• Client service fee: 3% of project value
• Audio professional service fee: 5% of project value
• Payment processing fees may apply

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store payment card information on our servers.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Post misleading or fraudulent content
• Engage in harassment or discriminatory behavior
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees
• Use the platform for non-audio related services

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes between users, MixBid provides mediation services. For disputes involving the Platform itself, we encourage resolution through our support system.

Any unresolved disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

7. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their original audio content. By using the Platform, you grant MixBid a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to operate the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

MixBid's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of audio services provided by users.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, but these Terms will remain in effect for completed transactions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
